Job Description

Reporting to: General Manager
Direct reports: Head Chef, Kitchen team members
 
As the Kitchen Manager, you'll have a big impact on the success of the business as a part of the management team. Ensuring that your kitchen operation runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Actively motivating your committed team to deliver greater standards, you'll get a real buzz out of ensuring your guests receive a consistently first-class and inviting dining experience.

Your main responsibilities will involve:
Proactively leading as a skilled Kitchen Manager or Head Chef
Delivering food at a consistently high standard
Building a strong team spirit
Ensuring kitchen hygiene standards are first-class
Managing food stock controls to targets
Achieving company kitchen performance targets (aligned to bonus scheme)
 
Your skills should include:
Ideally a proven track record as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef
A natural passion for producing excellent food
A great communicator and leader
A results-focused approach
The ability to implement action plans for improvement
The desire to make each customer's experience outstanding
Ability to coach & train others
 
What we will be looking for in you:
We want an experienced Kitchen Manager or Head Chef looking for to move into a kitchen manager role, someone who has a real desire to produce meals of the highest quality. Someone who is passionate about preparing good food and can successfully lead a dedicated team. What's more, you must be able to motivate those around you, instil them with your enthusiasm and enable them to achieve high quality results.
