They are launching a new sites and redeveloping existing units, creating a need for a strong, positive Area Manager with excellent standard of service and operation The Role As General Manager, you will be responsible for the financial performance of a bar operations with a strong student client base Managing and motivating a strong, knowledgeable team, implementing high company standards of product and service. There is a lot of scope for implementing business development and sales initiatives, driving revenue through local marketing. The Person My client is looking for ambitious, standards driven Managers with an outgoing personality and strong motivational skills. The right candidate will be a strong existing General Manager, have demonstrable P&L knowledge and a passion for customer focus with an eye for detail!
