Your main responsibilities will include: * Effectively managing reception and reservations through inspiring leadership of your team * Maximising occupancy, using appropriate incentives where necessary * Recruiting, training and motivating a committed team * Being an inspirational leader and leading by example * Controlling costs in order to meet targets * Making sure all health and safety, fire and security regulations are adhered to Your skills and qualifications will include: * A proven track record in customer service * Previous experience of managing a small, dedicated team * First-class communication skills and a smart appearance * Good motivating and coaching skills * A highly organised and meticulous approach What we will be looking for in you: The nature of this role means we're looking for someone who has two crucial characteristics.
