This position would ideally suit an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager looking to take the next step into a Deputy General Managers role. The role: We're looking for someone with lots of energy and drive, as well as a naturally outgoing and personable approach. As a Deputy General Manager your task will be to play a major role in your restaurant's management, making sure your team is highly organised, motivated and ready to shine. Supporting your General Manager in every aspect of their role, you'll know what meeting targets and exceeding expectations really means. Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing, leading and training your team * Consistently providing peerless customer service * Selecting and appointing team members * Making sure your restaurant is always welcoming * Complying to all Heath and Safety standards * Overseeing stock and cost control Your skills and qualifications will include: * A good track record of managing in hospitality, retail or leisure * Previous supervisory experience * Strong communication and motivational skills * Proven leadership abilities and good organisational abilities * The ability to build a strong rapport with guests * Excellent IT knowledge What we will be looking for in you: When it comes to making a Beefeater that little bit better, you'll take a closer look and see exactly what's required.
