| Head Chef, Old Success Inn Location: Sennen Cove Job Type: Full time / Permanent The St Austell Brewery pub estate is growing and developing fast and includes 175 pubs, hotels and inns across Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and the Isles of Scilly. We are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to work at one of our most popular seaside inns, the Old Success at Sennen Cove. Situated on one of Cornwall's most stunning bays, the Old Success is a beautiful 17th century fisherman's inn, which has been transformed into comfortable, modern rooms and apartments while retaining its charm and character. We are looking for a Head Chef fully experienced in similar role to join our team as soon as possible. Your duties will include: Running the kitchen on a day to day basis, Stock taking, Menu development, Ordering and Stock controls, Health and hygiene auditing. The ideal candidate will be hard working, imaginative and enthusiastic about working with fresh, local produce while also committed to high standards. Successful candidate will have minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and Food Hygiene Certificate, preferably 1 and 2. Salaries and rates of pay will be available on application.
