Marston’s Inns and Taverns is the managed pub division of Marston’s PLC. With over 550 pubs and bars located throughout England and Wales we operate a specialist High Street division who are recognised for pushing the boundaries in City & Town Centre markets, through a wide range of bars and venues.

With a clear ambition to expand through both acquisitions and investment in our existing estate, we are looking for experienced High Street General Managers to join our team. 

You will develop your business to meet your customer’s needs, often providing offers that vary from day to night.  Above all you will be looking to create the “venue of choice” in your local area, and will achieve this through developing a clear business plan. 

You will maximise sales opportunities with first class marketing, promoting and a desire to create a great party experience for your customers.
