With over 550 pubs located throughout England and Wales we operate a diverse portfolio of businesses including food & community led pubs and town centre bars. Our Trainee Managers Programme won the British Institute of Innkeeping award for the BEST managed house induction programme and we currently have opportunities available for trainee managers to join the company. Your training will include time working in all areas of our pubs, attending training courses and undertaking relief’s within our estate. Following successful completion of the programme, your aim is to demonstrate that you are ready to manage one of our pubs. You will need to be flexible in regards to where your training takes place and have the ability to travel throughout our pub estate.
