| Seeking passionate and innovative Assistants and Deputy Managers to drive forward sites across one of the UK’s leading bar & brasserie groups. We currently have 4 unique bluus throughout the UK in Manchester, London, Nottingham and most recently Birmingham with a host of new acquisitions planned for the forthcoming year. Our Assistants and Deputy Managers are at the heart of our success and we have a range of exciting and challenging opportunities, giving you the potential to be one of the best in the business. Candidates should be passionate self-starters with experience within the licensed retail industry and a genuine ambition to excel. Experience of good quality, fresh food service is an advantage.
