What we want:

·Assistant Managers to support the General Manager in the delivery of great customer service.You will provide leadership and motivation for a team of 15 or more people.

·This is the ideal role for an ambitious Assistant Manager who is determined to grow and develop their career in the Pub Retail sector.

·You must have experience of Managing a team of up to 15 people, and working in a mulit-million pound business in either pub or retail sector at deputy or assistant manager level.

·A personal licence will be an advantage as well as kitchen experience. You must have good organisational skills and computer literate.

·We are looking for someone who is totally guest focused, receptive and willing to learn as well as a self- motivated.

This fantastic high street pub is situated in a fantastic location on Gosforth high street. Recently undoing a refurbishment, this business is going from strength to strength in terms of food and drink sales, which requires an Assistant Manager to help continue to drive these sales and continue to grow & develop the pub to its full potential.

Benefits Package:

·Competitive benefits package which includes a salary of £14,000- £17,000 dependent on experience.

·25 days holiday.

·Assistant Manager Bonus scheme which includes the ability to earn up to £1000 a year.
