| New Business with this company, they are looking for a strong couple/Manger to help with a ½ Million refurbishment. Family area outside, Carvery served 7 days a week….. Busy Busy operation About them……… They 172 pubs in North West England and North Wales Dedicated to delivering warm, friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere Excellent support structures and development in place for the right individuals · Hearty, no nonsense food and drink served in a friendly environment The Job…… You should have a strong food and liquor background You should have managerial experience Have a very positive, customer service driven outlook A basic knowledge of back of office, including paperwork. Be computer literate Be able motivate a large team and be able to demonstrate the following skills, to develop, to recruit, to train, to monitor, give feedback & support to both the front of house and the kitchen team What they look for…… Equal experience in both wet and dry sales to really develop the business! Experience in either managed estate or branded restaurants is preferred Need to be able to manage a diverse team of characters! Managers who can think on their feet and drive for results!
