| The Boundary, South Normanton, Derbyshire is multi-faceted business comprising of a 2 room pub, function room and 12 letting bedrooms which have all recently been refurbished to an excellent quality standard and the Marston’s Inns brand. The pub is situated in a private housing estate just off Junction 28 of the M1. This business takes on average £20,000 per week and operates a company branded menu. We are looking for an experienced community pub management couple who have the experience and ability to run a community business with a function room and letting bedrooms. The ideal candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate great sales & profit performance, the ability to set the highest standards & recruit and motivate a team to consistently deliver the same. As this is a multi-faceted business, attention to detail & the ability to prioritise is a must!
