| WHAT WE LOOKING FOR: We have recently refurbished and opened within the last 12 months The Hopwood House as a Tavern Table and due to the successful opening we are looking for chefs to join our team. The pub is located in Alvechurch in Birmingham beside Birmingham to Worcester canal. As a chef you will be responsible for working to health & safety and food hygiene standards; awareness of stock rotation and portion control; being a good team player; having good communication skills; having high standards of food preparation, production and presentation in line with company specifications, and having comprehensive knowledge of how to safely operate standard kitchen equipment REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Applications are welcome from experienced Chefs with experience in a similar environment. Catering qualifications and/or experience within the industry are required. Experience in a branded environment is preferred.
