| The Company A new company with a new business concept for the bar/pub market. Seeking to make a big impact, starting in London but looking at a nationwide perspective. Due to the nature of the business concept we cannot giveout any further details at this time. The Role The role is expected to be part time for intial 3 month period at a maximum of 3 days a week in total and then approximately 4 days a month for the rest of year 1. It is a consultancy role primarily but you will also be involved in the strategic direction of the company, including possible diversification from bars/pubs to other leisure businesses. The role will be split between financial and operational duties. The candidate The candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have a good overview of the bar/pub market in both an operational and financial capacity. Previous experience of launching a venue, ideally in the london area would be preferred. As this is intially a part time role it would suit anyone who is currently overseeing their own bar or is taking a step back and has other business interests. | ||
