| Barceló Hinckley Island Hotel is a modern 362 bedroom, four star hotel situated just outside Leicester. It is one of the busiest conference hotels in the group and has 24 conference rooms which hold up to 400 guests. It is a lovely property where the team provides excellent service. You'll be assisting in deliveries to the cellars and dealing with stock requisitions to all bars within the hotel. You'll be making sure that all bottle skips are emptied and sorted ready for collection. You'll also be maintaining all health and safety standards within the cellars department. An eye for detail Previous experience of working within a similar role, ideally within a 4* hotel Friendly and courteous personality To be eligible to live and work in the UK This role includes the checking of all good inwards. Cross referencing against orders, ensuring prices from suppliers are correct. Creating orders for kitchen stock and managing the kitchen porters cleaning duties. | ||
