| Barceló Basingstoke Country Hotel is an ideal hotel to stay at when exploring Southern England. This lovely hotel is a 100 bedroom, four star hotel situated on the outskirts of London. This busy hotel has 12 conference rooms which hold up to 240 guests. The staff have a fresh approach and a passion for providing exceptional service. You'll be preparing food and making sure it is fit to send out. If you enjoy working in a varied environment, catering for a wide range of guests and diners then we are looking for you. You'll train and motivate junior members of the team making sure they are trained to a high standard. You'll be assisiting the Head chef and Sous chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. To apply you'll need... Passion, flair and imagination for quality food and service At least 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie Experience of working in a busy 4* hotel Ability to work with minimum supervision and the confidence to support and develop your team To be eligible to live and work in the UK Benfits include, complimentary Leisure Club membership, discounts off accommodation and restaurant bookings, contributory pension.
