A progressive and expanding, privately owned Bar & Pub Company is looking for an experienced General Manager for a site based in Hampton Hill. All the sites within the company are individual and the estate ranges from ‘local traditional’ to ‘gastro’ to ‘destination style venues’. No site conforms to a brand, so all management has flair for Marketing, Promotions and running a successful business. Sound experience of running quality / service establishments with a good food business is essential, as is the ability to work to and achieve sales targets, GP’s and other management controlled costs.
