The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Management Couple to open and manage a brand new build pub in Chapel-en-le-Frith in Derbyshire (Peak District). The Fallow Deer is being built on a prime site on the A6 and is situated on the edge of the Historic Market Town of Chapel-en-le-Frith.

It is due to open on the 1st December 2008 and we are looking to have the new managers on board by end September. It will be a major, Tavern Table branded high volume food led site and the weekly sales will be approx 24k with >120 covers and a 65% food split. You will be required to recruit a brand new team of approx 30 staff, and you will be responsible for motivating that team and coaching it to success.

Ideal candidate:
As an experienced food pub management couple, you will have a proven track record in the following:
· Volume food experience
· Delivering sales and profit
· Delivering the highest level of customer care
· Volume team recruitment, selection, management & development
· Delivering to brand standards
· Excellent organisational ability
· Working in a family friendly environment
