Sous Chef Opportunity at the White Horse in Richmond The White Horse in Richmond is a popular, locals orientated, gastro pub, located 5 minutes from Richmond train station. We have a terrific opportunity for a strong Sous Chef to come and join our small, friendly team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, creative and keen to further their career. You must also enjoy working with fresh ingredients and regular changing menus. . The role will involve assisting the Head Chef, and managing the team during Head Chef absences. Some experience in managing a team would therefore be required, as are excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enable effective interaction with the team. The successful applicant will be required to work an average of 48 hrs per week covering various shifts including some evenings and weekends Our company offers a competitive salary, in accordance with current skill and experience levels, meals whilst on duty and excellent training and further career development opportunities.
