| STARBUCKS BARISTA Village Hotels are embarking on an exciting partnership with Starbucks to incorporate Starbucks Coffee shops into their hotel operations. You will create a welcoming environment, provide high quality products and demonstrate excellent product knowledge. You’ll have a natural ability to communicate with different types of people and be able to anticipate needs in advance without being asked. Your key responsibilities include: • Delivering legendary guest service by ensuring you and your partners act with a "guest comes first" attitude • Achieving consistent operational standards by providing quality beverages, whole beans and food products that adhere to recipe and presentation standards • Following health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products • Executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties as assigned • Complying with company policies, store operating standards and procedures to partners Summary of required Experience • Previous experience of working in a food and beverage outlet is essential • Excellent communication skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple situations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Positive approach to finding solutions to problems • Ability to deliver consistent high standards and a keen eye for detail Hours will be 37.5 per week, 5 days over 7, including weekend work.
