Restaurant & Bar Team Leader - Stoke-on-Trent

We are the Alton Towers Resort and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant & Bar Team Leader to join our Hotels team at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy! 

In this role you'll support the Manager and Assistant Managers in all day to day responsibilities.  You'll be confident in delivering the highest operational standards and finest guest care from the word go.  You'll oversee your own area and employees within the Restaurant & Bars on a daily basis, so your understanding of the industry will be second to none.  What's more, you'll be a point of contact for our guests, so  it's essential that you're approachable, friendly and able to offer detailed information on our drinks, wine and food ranges.

• Passion and drive to work within a busy and demanding food and beverage environment
• Enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer service, especially through others
• "Big picture thinking" to make difficult decisions and the confidence to stick by your decisions
• Ability to challenge constructively

The role is full time, permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
