The Candidate

The ideal candidate must have the ability to build relationships with those they encounter. Be At One will always put people at the forefront of everything we do. You must be genuine, approachable and engaging in all forms of communication especially verbal.

This role is not from nine to five. Our bars trade seven nights a week and you will be required to work varying hours. Your energy levels must be consistently high to match that of our highly trained bartenders.

You will look at new and innovative ways to deliver our standards whilst ensuring that any changes you implement are taken on board by those that are affected.

We expect our people to have a fantastic time working with us. Whether they are making drinks or working with numbers, we want them to do it to a soundtrack of Rock N Roll.

The Role

You will offer support to all of our managers to ensure that all of our bars consistently deliver the Be At One bedrock of Great Drinks, Great Service and Great Atmosphere. This will be achieved by creating and maintaining developmental plans for each of your managers which you have tailored specifically to motivate them.

You will be responsible for agreeing and setting all sales and budgetary targets with General Managers and working in tandem with them to ensure they are maximising on sales and profits.

As part of our expansion plan we are looking to open six new bars each year. You will assist in this by evaluating potential sites and creating business plans with the operations director specific to each new venue.

You will need to progress through several interviews that are tailored to determine your suitability in all of the areas stated above. If successful you will undergo a minimum of three months training which will include time spent hands-on in all of our bars.
