My client is looking General Managers within the Manchester area of the UK, my client has many pubs in North West England and North Wales, they are dedicated to delivering warm, friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere, excellent support structures and development in place for the right individuals – this is not a large corporate company so it’s easy for you to get noticed and developed – they are on the hunt for Great Talent in and around the Manchester area – MUST COME FROM A FOOD LED BACKGROUND

The General Manager Role

As General Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the food led pub and all aspects of this business in the Manchester area. These sites are high volume operation which attracts post-work drinkers, regulars, group bookings & everyone in between. This role will revolve around maintaining high standards, promoting cross training across the venue plus delivering excellent service first time every time.

The General Manager Person

People People! My client has a strong focus on building, motivating & retaining teams of staff and you will need demonstrated experience in this area.  You MUST have worked for a period in a £20k per week turnover venue to be considered here, from a food led pub.  Structured/branded experience or familiarity with Profit & Loss account management is a bonus but not essential.
