I am looking for an Assistant manager for this recently refurbed site in Ilford

The Client

This fun high volume site is a part of a very small group with 2 sites in the local area and working for them gives you a great opportunity really get involved and grow the business.

This site has regular business and a great reputation. With a focus on quality craft beer, lagers and cocktails, great bar food, VIP and Private Events, DJ’s, Promotions and great music this is the place for birthdays, private bookings or just a night out with your pals!

They also have a lovely food offer but will happily train a wet led manager so they can gain food experience

The Assistant Manager Role

• Great at upselling and driving revenue
• Strong P+L experience
• Innovative ideas to drive business
• Great consistent customer service

The Person

You will have bags of personality

Fully financial

Well-presented and present well to customers

Happy to bring great ideas to drive business to the table

Used to working in busy, fun, venues

Happy to work in a less structured business where you have more autonomy and can implement ideas

Salary up to £25k basic + Bonus
