Location: Bath

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus great bonuses!

Position: General Manager!

Are General Manager or Aspiring General Manager with a great personality and a strong background in high volume, multi- faceted Venues? Are you a people person that can lead a team to love what they do and aim high?

My client is a leader in fast paced bars, restaurants and pubs, and is looking for a fantastic general manager that is able to push the business forward and develop and encourage the existing team. This is a large site, with a high turnover, and is situated in a great spot for a Night out for both locals and tourists! They need a passionate and enthusiastic induvial to come and board and help it grow!

The ideal General Manager……..

• Should have experience within a multi-faceted site.
• Strong F&B experience as this is the main focus- they will teach you about the accommodation element!
• Strong financial ability and business acumen.
• Able to develop existing team and create a fun friendly environment.
• Previous high volume experience, good drinks knowledge and the ability to make a great atmosphere!

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £35,000 pa depending on experience and the opportunity to earn an excellent annual bonus!
