I am seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to join the team at this busy and popular Bar and Restaurant in Edinburgh. The venue is a part of a national collection of fantastic branded bars with an emphasise of cocktails and good time vibes.

The General Manager Role…..

As General Manager you will be responsible for the overall running of this Fantastic Venue. This is a high volume operation and is really popular with after work drinkers, birthday does and a relaxed Saturday lunch! It currently has a great weekend trade with lots of room for progression during the mid week day times! The company is look for a friendly General Manager who is great at Motivating a team and can recognise areas of growth within the business.

This role will revolve around maintaining high standards, promoting cross training between the bar & restaurant plus delivering excellent service first time every time!

The Right Person …

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing! You have to love what you do!

  • Motivated and ready to progress your career!

  • Passion and knowledge of good food, drinks and service!

  • Full Financial Responsibility…. Strong P&L understanding!

  • Strong cocktail knowledge and experience within a food environment

  • 2 years’ experience at General Manager Level

  • Personal Licence is a Plus!
