Location: Leicestershire

Salary £30-35k basic + live in (2 bed flat) + bonus potential  

MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE MATCHING 20k WEEKLY

The Company:

This company is a smaller pub co that is growing organically. They are dedicated to delivering warm, friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere in order to drive sales in a locals focused business. There will be a lot of autonomy in this role so if you are bubbling over with great ideas to drive a business but your hands are tied by red tape – this is the role for you! There is likely to be a 65-35 wet led split with a full table service restaurant

The General Manager:

• Charismatic individual who can build relationships with locals to drive repeat business
• Be experienced in driving sales over £20k weekly
• Love being on the floor with customers, a messy office is not a problem as long as you are driving sales!
• Good team management and fully financial
• Ideally have full table service experience Leicestershire

You must have a Personal License and have worked as a General Manager in the past…
