We have an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to take on a big challenge.



As friendly, family-orientated pub/restaurants, we aim to provide the best drinking and dining experience for customers of all ages.



We are all about generosity and offer our customers value-for-money on a vast range of great quality, tasty dishes which appeal to all tastes. The menu includes a traditional Carvery which is available daily, 7-days a week! Portion sizes will not disappoint and we are famous for our enormous cakes and amazing, eye-catching cake displays. These cakes are homemade on site by our expert bakers, who with unrivalled creativity and passion are constantly experimenting to create yummy new flavours. All of our sites also offer their own unique and extensive Dessert Menus with over 30 scrumptious treats to choose from.



Brand New Farmhouse Inn site situated in Hessle, Hull due to open in May 2017.The site will be close to all local amenities, The Humber Bridge and East Coast Tourist destinations. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the right candidate(s).

Brand knowledge would be preferred but not essential as this site will give you everything you need to know about Farmhouse Inns

The right candidate(s) will have experience in delivering high volume food and the necessary attributes to lead a large team, they will be both kitchen and front of house focused and be able to do it all with a smile!

An interest in the local area would be preferable due to the location of the site and the successful candidate(s) will be expected to help drive awareness of the Business through local advertising and local events.

Who we are looking for:



As a Farmhouse Inns Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of the successful management of the business.



Since a key focus is on delivering high-volume, high-quality food, strong experience in this area is essential.



With fantastic people and social skills, you will be able to build friendly, efficient and effective relationships with your customers and staff. With previous supervision or team-leader experience, you will be committed to motivating and developing a fantastic team.



You will have a real enthusiasm for hospitality and will be customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service. With the ability to follow and maintain procedures you will be driven to ensure strong standards across the business. Ideally, you will also have an awareness of P&L and will be able to work to achieve budgets and targets. With a proactive and positive attitude, you will be excited about career progression and will be constantly looking for ways to develop both yourself and the business.
