HR Advisor, Midlands area, maternity cover, up to £32k salary plus package

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or someone with extensive HR experience within hospitality or retail management roles. This is a Maternity Cover role for approximately 12 month contract, covering the Midlands Area.

The Restaurant Group is a fast paced business, serving over 43 million meals a year across our brands which include Frankie & Benny's, Chiquito, Coast to Coast, Garfunkel’s, Brunning & Price and Joe's Kitchen and our high volume airport Concessions business. We have over 15,000 employees and the HR Advisor job is about providing effective ER support to front line managers.

Typical issues in the hospitality industry dealt with include, sickness, lateness and absence issues and HR Advisors will provide advice and support to managers in dealing with these daily issues while directly engaged with more serious cases.

You will be involved in all aspects of Employee Relations, developing and rolling out HR strategies and policies, with elements of L&D upskilling our Management teams and delivering HR training courses.

Your key skills will be in communication to restaurant Managers and senior Operations Managers, prioritisation of a busy case load, and resilience in a challenging and fast paced environment. We’re looking for someone who can start ASAP to ensure a smooth handover.
