Set in a community area in Bretton less than 2 miles from the town centre where you will find the train station which serves London in 50 minutes and a Bus depot where you can travel anywhere in East Anglia from. The bus stop to town centre is only 3 minutes walk away. Coopers is a modern local pub with pool table, dart board and 5 screens showing all live sport. Role & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of the successful management of the business.
With fantastic people skills, you will have the ability to lead from the front, to inspire and motivate your team. You will enjoy building close links with and engaging your local community and will be able to assist with the development and delivery of regular weekly activities including sports teams, quizzes and other entertainment
You will need to be genuinely passionate about customer service and hospitality and will have the ability to help with ensuring high standards across the business. With the desire to excel, succeed and win, you will assist in driving business to achieve excellent sales and profit growth.
