This is a mainstream community pub in Luton town centre with beer garden, popular at weekends and with shoppers and students.Candidate must be able to demonstrate track record for strong reputation for growing sales and have a passion for sport and food, as well as being able to demonstrate excellent sales driving plans.

Role & Responsibilities
As a General Manager you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the successful management of the business.

You will be energetic and focused, and able to adapt to the demands of both the food and entertainment elements of the business.
