The Business
The Bellemoor is a local pub that prides itself on great food, fantastic service from a friendly team in comfortable surroundings. The pub recently underwent a large refurbishment, introducing local activity such as regular live entertainment, Sky & BT Sports coverage as well as quiz and poker nights. We are looking for an experienced AM to come in and help push the pub to the next level. The General Manager has experience in helping with internal progression for Assistant Managers looking to get their own pub
Average weekly turnover: £17,500
Split Wet/Food: 60/40

This business trades as a Meet & Eat in the Local Pubs division. The Local Pubs division is an integral part of Greene King and it is currently our largest and fastest growing business. With approximately 500 sites across the UK, our Local Pubs operate a range of concepts and offers, including Meet & Eat, Flame Grill, High Street and Premium. Role & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of the successful management of the business.
With fantastic people skills, you will have the ability to lead from the front, to inspire and motivate your team. You will enjoy building close links with and engaging your local community and will be able to assist with the development and delivery of regular weekly activities including sports teams, quizzes and other entertainment
You will need to be genuinely passionate about customer service and hospitality and will have the ability to help with ensuring high standards across the business. With the desire to excel, succeed and win, you will assist in driving business to achieve excellent sales and profit growth.
