Great community local pub in an affluent area of Sutton Coldfield.  Great beginnings for you as the new General Manager as this pub has a friendly and neighbourly reputation, which generates strong drinks trade, there is a lot of potential to grow food sales too.  Attracting local trade from Little Aston, Aldridge and Great Barr too the business always has a friendly and buzzing vibe and you as new General Manager will be able to maintain and grow this spirited pub trade further.

General Manager role:

• Managing and training your team
• Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
• Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
• Working towards and achieving business targets
• Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
