The successful applicant will be a Manager or (if already employed by Stonegate) a Deputy Manager with a Mein Host personality who can spend time building relationships in the local community whilst also attracting new customers from further afield. You will need a proven track record of exceptional standards alongside an ability to grow sales and develop new ideas. You will need to have experience of delivering food to a high standard alongside the friendly atmosphere of a local’s pub.
