We always come to work feeling positive and energetic and start our day talking about our food and our guests. This makes sure we have the confidence to talk about our products: whether that be offering extra side orders, desserts or the details of our loyalty programmes. With a genuine passion for doing everything, we can to make sure our guests love their experience with us.

We attend regular team meetings to make sure everyone is well informed and participation in ideas generating becomes second nature. Working together as a Restaurant team, remaining flexible in our behaviour and attitude and embracing all Company standards also gives us clear guidelines to ensure we are able to deliver to the guests exactly what they ordered - on time, in an environment that is clean and safe.

We delight in building a rapport with all our guests to maximise opportunities and so that we can understand how to brighten their day with small meaningful gestures that can build special, personal memories.

We have a genuine passion for our food and take pride in serving beyond expectations, cooked perfectly to every single guest.

We start with ensuring the ingredients we receive are of the very best quality, stored at the correct temperature to keep it fresh - right through to that very last touch of presentation on the plate we serve to our guests. There is a real ‘buzz’ about working in our kitchens, a strong sense of teamwork that ensures that every shift is well prepared and that our kitchens are clean, safe with all our legal record keeping documentation completed. Every minute of every day we focus on the food to make sure our guests love their experience with us.
