Located on Bridge Street just a short walk from the train station and the Main Shopping Centre in the New Town. Consisting two floors, Popular with both daytime value customer, workers popping in for lunch, students for the great deals we also have the best sports viewing in the New Town with 2 HD Projector screens, 2 sky boxes and 8 plasma’s – Yates is the home for live sport.

This business is very much part of the town but so still has great scope to grow even more by creating more reasons to visit.

The Successful Applicant maybe a first appointment, but will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar style business, will have a proven track record in growing sales through planned execution and have managed a business with a 5 star kitchen and net food sales in excess of £3000. You will be an aspirational leader, know what a great premium offer looks like in both food and drink delivery but not pretentious just like our brand, you’ll strive to recruit and coach the best people in the business to deliver a great customer experience every day.
