Yates Swindon is looking for a General Manager to continue to drive this business forward, the business is delivering sales and profit growth and has great bonus potential! With current average weekly sales of £1k1-£14k and £3k of that on food, we need a Leader that knows how to motivate and inspire an already well performing team and take this site into new financial territory and reach new high
Yates Swindon is located on Bridge Street just a short walk from the train station and the Main Shopping Centre in the New Town. Consisting two floors, Popular with both daytime value customer, workers popping in for lunch and students for the great deals! Yates Swindon also have the best sports viewing in the New Town with 2 HD Projector screens, 2 Sky boxes and 8 plasma’s – Yates is the home for live sport, without question
This business is very much part of the town but so still has great scope to grow even more by creating more reasons to visit. The Successful Applicant maybe a first appointment, but will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar style business, will have a proven track record in growing sales through planned execution and have managed a business with a 5 star kitchen and net food sales in excess of £3k.
You will be an aspirational leader, know what a great premium offer looks like in both food and drink delivery but not pretentious just like our brand, you’ll strive to recruit and coach the best people in the business to deliver a great customer experience every day.
