Passion is a must, as is an outgoing and friendly persona and the ability to make everyone feel like a close friend. You’ll be responsible for running your own pub and you’ll have the ambition and drive to make that pub a fun place to work while making it a successful, thriving outlet. Our landlords and landladies are critical in the success of our pubs. You’ll have a proven track record in pub management and you’ll be a natural when it comes to cheery banter, being a friendly face, being firm but fair and offering high standards and a secure environment. You’ll immerse yourself in the local community; know what is happening in the neighbourhood, what matters to your customers and offer a friendly ear and support for staff and customers alike. We pride ourselves on offering our customers a great eating and drinking experience and we will be entrusting that responsibility to you. We need a great all-rounder, a team player with fantastic leadership qualities. You’ll be determined, resourceful, supportive and friendly, and willing to roll your sleeves up and join in.
