What We Offer

Marston’s Pub Company have introduced an innovative agreement- the Retail Agreement- that is ideal for first timers to the industry as well as the more experienced licensee, that allows you to build up and develop your own pub business using your entrepreneurial skills whilst receiving full help and support from Marston’s. 

The Retail Agreement provides an opportunity to take on a pub business for a low deposit of £5000 with no further financial outlay. The daily running costs of the business will be paid for by Marston’s along with the stock to enable you to concentrate on the day to day running of the business. You will retain 20% of the net turnover on food and drink sales to pay you and your staff costs which means the more you turnover the more you earn!

We will support and guide you every step of the way, we will even set the food menu and prices of products to ensure you maximise every opportunity out of the business.

As for promoting your business and encouraging people through the door of the pub- that’s where your personality and skills come in to play.

The Pub

We currently have a range of pubs across the country open and trading successfully with licensees on the Retail Agreement, most are community based locals where the key to this success is becoming the heart of the community and focusing on cask ales, regular entertainment and value for money food offers.

We plan to open a further 500 of these pubs over the next 3 years.
