A few words from our Chief Executive

"Roehampton Club is set in 100 acres of parkland conveniently located a short walk from Barnes overground train station and between Richmond and Putney with bus stops just outside.

All staff have an enormous sense of pride in working at Roehampton Club and in the top-class facilities we provide for our Members and guests. We constantly reinvest in improving the Club’s facilities and have a Masterplan of projects in place taking us through to 2035 including a new 13 bay indoor golf centre, 11 court padel tennis and pickle ball hub and a refurbished Bar and Terrace area both inside and out.  These works start in 2025.

We are committed to be as sustainable as possible and we aim to be carbon neutral by 2030.  We have installed solar panels on all our buildings and are now a GEO Certified Golf Course recycling all our waste.

We are proud to have been an Investors in People Gold employer since 2017, we were Sports Club of the Year 2017-2019 and in 2022 King of Clubs and Tennis Club of the Year in 2019 and 2022.

We focus on staff retention through succession planning and reward and recognition.

If this sounds like an environment you aspire to work in, we would welcome your application.

We are a team of people from varying backgrounds and stages of life who enjoy working together in a stimulating and supportive atmosphere offering the best experience for our Members. Come and join us.
