ROLE PURPOSE:

To ensure great customer service is delivered at all times to ensure an exceptional customer experience

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

General:

• To work within Benugo policies and procedures at all times
• To support Benugo vision around People, Product, Customers and Profitability
• To engage with the team in a collaborative and constructive manner
• To demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against Benugo service standard

Role Specific:

• Deliver fantastic customer service and facilitating any guest requirements to the best of your ability
• Assist in the delivery and service of all tea and coffee deliveries, as well as any buffets, day time catering and internal evening function s
• Set up all deliveries independently and as a team
• Serve food and drinks to guests in the correct style
• Enthusiastically and politely interact with guests as appropriate
• To be polite, courteous and well presented at all times
• Proactively resolve  issues and involve  the  Supervisor or Manager as needed
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, in line with Benugo Food Safety procedures
• Work well within the team, assisting with other duties and responsibilities as and when required, potentially at other Benugo sites
• To undertake staff training as and when necessary
