Sites differ in retail offer but our success is based on staff with pride, excellent customer service and our pubs becoming an integral part of the community. We constantly look to use locally sourced, fresh ingredients – both regional and seasonal – so we can offer the best, traditional pub grub.

We are now looking for a Management Couple to take over the running of our site in the picturesque Flookburgh, Cumbria. We need a Management Couple whom aspire to achieve, and help the pub become pivotal in the community – a home from home – somewhere to relax in a warm and friendly environment. Ideally, we are looking for Front of House and kitchen experience - although food offer is limited at the moment.

Leading a small team you will require excellent training, development and coaching skills. You will share our passion for delivering  un-paralleled service to a highly individual and diverse clientele - this will be a 'Local's Local' with Sky sports, a pool table and live entertainment. At the same time we will have 'family appeal'. You will hold the financial acumen to plan and grow the business, whilst delivering solid results. Both Cask ale experience and Cellar Management experience is essential for the role.

Candidates must hold a Personal Licence and be experienced in Cask Ales.
