Full time Bar Supervisor - The Commissary, London

The Commissary is a bar and restaurant near the Angel and Old Street tube stations. Located alongside Regent's Canal, the Commissary offers good food in a relaxed atmosphere. We are also part of Holborn Studios, a photographic studio complex, catering to all their clients.

We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Supervisor. Your duties would include:

To assist the bar manager in the implementing and/or following of procedures concerning recording stock movements
To ensure stock items behind the bars are always within expiry date
To ensure guest drinks are prepared and served according to Bars standards
To lead team by example
To ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the bars
To pay attention to detail in all aspect of guest journey
To coach individual team members to develop their skills and maximise performance
To input new ideas for service and products to maintain competitive and leading edg
To oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policy

We run a lot of events here, weddings, birthday parties etc. Experience in this is not essential but it’s a plus.
