Mixologist/Cocktail Bartender - Newport

We are seeking a passionate cocktail bartender/ mixologist looking to develop further to join our team in our newly refurbished sumptuous Mulburry Bar and also our busy Merlins Bar which is at the Heart of our resort and recently awarded The Welsh Hospitality Awards for 2016 & 2017 for Best Bar.

The ideal candidate will have a passion and flare for creating great quality drinks, delivering a fantastic personal guest experience, be an excellent communicator, give fantastic attention to detail and have the ability to create a vibrant & fun atmosphere.

Great potential for the right candidate to develop within our award winning team looking to push the boundaries every day plus the opportunity to be creative and develop new cocktails and drinks.
