Management Couple - Angel and White Horse, Tadcaster

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed couple to run the Angel and White Horse pub which is next to Sam Smiths brewery in Tadcaster. The Angel and White Horse has the brewery stable of shire horses in its yard and 4 trading rooms served from one bar servery and has a trade kitchen.  The main bar floor is laid with Tadcaster limestone and the walls with fine oak panelling. It is a beautiful traditional pub with several natural open fires.

There is a generous and roomy two bedroomed management first floor flat.

We are looking for people with the following skills:

• Positivity and enthusiasm. We want people who love 'hosting the party', creating an infectiously good atmosphere in the pub
• Determination to maintain an immaculately clean pub
• Commitment to running an excellent kitchen, whereby all food is consistently served to specification
• Take pride in serving Samuel Smiths full range of beers, including wooden cask Old Brewery Bitter, at their best.
