£22,000 per annum

As a Butcombe Assistant Manager, you’ll be an integral part of your business. You will be working very closely with your General Manager evolving and delivering one of the best offers around. When it comes down to it, you will be helping to lead a team that are all about making memories by delivering great food, fantastic drinks and an unrivalled guest experience. You will:

• Deliver some of the best food and drink in the industry
• Innovate, create and develop your pub with your General manager.
• Recruit & develop a fantastic team whilst continually developing yourself.
• Have a keen eye for business performance and sound business skills ready to be further developed.
• Be hungry for the knowledge that will turn you from a great operator into a superb future General Manager.

You will also be great with people and looking for every opportunity to create unforgettable memories for your guests. A great team motivator with strong leadership abilities. Ideally you’ll have managed house pub experience as a Supervisor but this is not essential, we’re much more interested in you than what it says on your CV. You love your job and take great pride in your successes.
