Sales Co - London
. As a Sales Co-ordinator you will be tasked with providing administrative support to the Director of Sales and a team of pro-active Sales Managers/Account Directors. Your other duties and responsibilities in the Sales Co-ordinator role will be to: co-ordinate internal meetings with the booking of meeting rooms and minute taking co-ordinate the distribution of brochures, collateral and giveaways assist with site inspections for industry colleagues and assist with planning and helping to host famtrips assist in the preparation of sales trips and tradeshows ensure that Delphi system is updated on a regular and timely basis The Langham, London offers a wide range of benefits which include: meals on duty holidays and bank holiday pay complimentary accommodation at other Langham Hotels, rooms and food and beverage discounts in the hotel outlets pension plan colleague recognition system - being recognised for positive guest comments or when you go the extra mile learning and development opportunities (45% of our vacancies were filled this year with an internal candidate) Does this role of a Sales Coordinator at an iconic London hotel sound like an interesting proposition?
