The Venue:

The Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is a unique oasis in the heart of the beautiful Old Town. Just minutes from M40 J2 and less than 30 minutes from London Marylebone by train.

The Crazy Bear is a flamboyant and eccentric hotel, offering 45 extravagantly designed bedrooms with AA 5 star accommodation, English and Thai restaurants with 2AA rosette cuisine and Michelin guide recognition, public and private bars, private function rooms, terrace with outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage.

The Role:

As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of 2 bars, a team of 18 bartenders and cocktails waitresses, with a real focus on the highest standards of service.

Our cocktail bars offer premium drinks menus and a lively atmosphere, demanding the highest level of service in a busy environment.

A desire and thirst for knowledge of Champagnes, fine wines and premium spirits is essential to lead this dynamic and vibrant team providing an intuitive and individual service to our residents and guests.

Take responsibility for stock control, including ordering, acceptance, maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation.

We are looking for friendly, hard-working team-players with excellent service skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
