Restaurant Supervisor Overview:

Assisting in the management and running of the Oak Room restaurant during service, ensuring the maintenance of standards and acting as a touchstone for serving staff. Promoting the image of the hotel and ensuring that the highest standards or service are provided through breakfast lunch and dinner service, exceeding expectations wherever possible

Floor Supervisor Key skills

• Supervisory experience, able to lead and motivate a team
• Previous experience of working in a restaurant setting, ideally within a similar environment
• Attention to detail - ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and the a high standard
• Excellent time management
• Customer service skills and experience
