We are seeking the very best multi-site hospitality specialists to help deliver our company-wide vision: the very best in Milan-influenced Italian dining in every one of our 200 restaurants.

To be a part of our unique and exciting journey you will need to demonstrate the following:
• An ability to impart a genuine customer focus across all the restaurants under your control.
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to ensure your GMs deliver to the best of their ability.
• Great analytical skills to extract the insights we need to evolve our offer – continually
• Brilliant performance management and the uncanny intuition to just ‘know’ when something need changing up.
• Empathy in every respect – for colleagues, customers, stakeholders, partners and beyond. A never-ending supply.
• Alignment with our aim of “every customer leaves wanting to return” and our values of genuine service, one team be the best you can and community.
• Ability to make tough decisions when needed, but the experience to know when to cut some slack.
• Flexibility to be where you need to be, when you need to be there.
