Experienced Bar Assistant

The 45 bedroom, 4 star, Milford Hall Hotel & Spa seeks an Experienced Bar Assistant to join our friendly team.We're particularity looking for an experienced, bubbly and warm person to engage our guests and bring their own style to our Food & Beverage Department.

Ideal candidates will be passionate about great hospitality, with a drive to learn and develop. It is essential that they possess the skills to be flexible and dedicated to providing the very best service and attention to our guests.

Experience working in a busy customer focused environment and some cocktail mixing and service experience would be advantageous

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Preparation of the bar areas
• Service of food and drink
• Ensuring a clean, tidy and safe working environment at all times
• Engaging and looking after our guests

It is a legal requirement for candidates to be aged 18 years or older for this role in line with licensing laws and legislation. The position is based on part-time evening hours that will include weekend work.
